Hummus-Crusted Chicken Video

Hummus-Crusted Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
3 zucchinis
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
4 breasts of chicken
1 cup hummus
1 lemon
Paprika
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Slice zucchini into half moon shapes.
Toss zucchini pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cut each breast into two pieces horizontally. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Layer the chicken pieces on top of the zucchini so they’re not overlapping.
Cover the chicken with a layer of hummus.
Top the chicken with the juice from the lemon.
Slice the squeezed lemon and fit the lemon slices in between the chicken pieces.
Sprinkle a layer of paprika over the hummus and chicken (about 1-2 teaspoons).
Bake for about 15 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken, or until cooked through (when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees and the inside is no longer pink).
